Spacious, cozy and clean. Good location - Accessible to atria park. Easy communication with the owner - they were able to able to accommodate our last-minute request of additional people to stay-in for a very short time.

Not enough space for parking area but i think it's because we booked it on the peak time (during dinagyang event), otherwise no issues on the property/room itself.
