very near to most of the tourist spots, clean and well maintained

comfortable. It allowed us to reheat our food using the stove top. I rented 3 apartments (though it is not side by side each other) and each apartment has an electric kettle , a refrigerator and a table for dining) and own bathroom. all these for me are must haves to call it comfortable.

I was asked to pay a cleaners’ fee of 900 pesos for all 3 apartments.this must be disclosed during the booking and not upon arrival.Owner is very apologetic about it and asked me if it’s ok but hey, we’re already there and it would be an inconvenience if I haul away my group to find another place .Nothing beats being upfront especially with money matters.

Our hosts were very kind and hospitable. They’ve been very accommodating of our requests. Engr. Elmer even drove us around the area when we were trying to buy breakfast during our first morning of stay. The La Presa unit is very spacious and the view outside is breathtaking. There is drinking water available. The water heater is also working for those wanting to have hot showers. Power outlets are available for charging our mobile phones/powerbanks. Public transportation (i.e., jeep and taxi) is available near the property.

- Wifi is only available at the entrance of our unit. Our hosts say that they’re planning to fix it as soon as possible. - Blankets were quite thin so we tend to double up our blankets (we were four and there were six blankets available) as we sleep during the cold evenings. - I know this is beyond the control of the hosts but the noise during the wee hours of the morning is very disturbing. The noise coming from passing vehicles and the boisterous conversations of people passing by/hanging out near the property made sleeping really difficult. If you are a sound sleeper, then this will not be a concern.

We loved the place, roof deck has a very good mountain view. The owners are very accommodating. We liked the hospitality they've showed to us. We will surely come back to this place.
