We stayed there for 2 nights. The place could be better when maintained. Had several issues with the house. -Broken TV – contacted owner/staff on messenger, website & cellphone number listed several times, they replied to have it checked several times however no one actually came to check. -Wifi – probably 1 unit only in the entire bldg has an internet connection. We had to stand near the front door to get a decent connection -Broken bathroom door lock – master’s bathroom has a broken lock, and the door can’t be thoroughly closed -Leaking toilet - master’s bathroom has a leak -No trash cans and rugs on all bathrooms -Towels – some towels were dirty -Broken bed frame – Bed frame on one room is broken and missing some parts, we were surprised to see a stone/block supporting the bed. Unsafe -Insufficient kitchen utensils – Spoon and fork were only 3 pairs, the unit is good for more than 6 pax. -Staff communication – had a hard time reaching the staff, pls improve communication starting from booking, and guest’s concerns. We had to call several numbers to reach them. Pls have a staff ready upon check in. The place could use a thorough cleaning. Sofa cover and chair covers probably need to be cleaned, looks like they were not washed and changed for some time. Pls take time to read the reviews because we think all the negative reviews from other guests are all the same. The place has a lot of potential once maintained.
