The caretaker cleaner refused to answer calls and texts. Pool is not avalaible ( rénovation) Not possible to cook ( no store, no rice cooker...) Not possible to change towels during the stay

The caretaker/staff is rude,arrogant,unprofessional in dealing wirh guest.

There is a large viewing area on the 24th floor from you have spectacular views of the lake and volcanic island and sunset on the other side. This area is seated also which gives an area for play or eating. The lift is good. The bedding felt and smelt clean.

It was disappointing to find the pool was in progress of renovation without prior notification. The room was small and is definitely in need of redecorating and a thorough clean.
