Saint Croix at Tagaytay Prime Residences

Good location, close to the centre. Good value at the price paid.

It's the best value at this price, but it is not the newest, cleanest or most comfortable. I stress again, that for the price paid it was worth it and this is not intended to be a bad review.

I like the place, the building, location is good, near to everything you need at the city. The swimming pool is nice, though i did not swim coz the weather is cold for a swim.

The room is ok for its price. But, it was poorly maintained, there were cockroach, leaky bidet, smell rotten egg in microwave oven, the wall paper need some attention and the wall need some repaint (i think). But for overall, it was ok. The bed is nice and comfy, with wifi although the signal is bad, 2 tv's are nice, with towel and some toiletries, except for toothbrush and toothpaste, guest shud bring it. The building is really nice. Prime residencies is nice one to stay. Staff and guards are nice too. Will go back maybe for some room upgrade though. My first time here 😊

The internet has a very weak signal. The parking fee is per entry during weekends which was not mentioned by the host.
