"Centrale ligging in hartje Grou"

De ligging van dit pand ligt middenin Grou. Goede parkeergelegenheid vlakbij. Evenals meerdere eetgelegenheden. Het huis was compleet ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Charmant als je van historisch (oud) houdt.

Smal bed, krakkemikkige douche, pand kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken.

"Historisch pand, rustig gelegen met enkele verbeterpunten"

Goede faciliteiten en snelle verwarming

afvoer van afzuigkap blaast de keuken in ipv naar buiten, toilet op begane grond is in de berging, geen ventilatie in keuken, geen deksel voor koekenpannen, geen gordijn voor raam in toegangsdeur, geen nachtslot/haken op toegangsdeur, antislip op trappen zit hier en daar los bij de randen, geen handgrepen bij steile trappen aan kant zonder leuning. Klokgelui ieder half uur (ook 's nachts) van dichtbij gelegen kerk. Documentatie over meubilering pand en inventaris niet actueel. Hou rekening met indeling (keuken begane grond, woonkamer 1e verdieping) en redelijk steile trappen.

Een heel knus huisje, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Een heerlijk bed, een heerlijk bad en een fijne bank. Alles om te ontspannen en te genieten van de mooie omgeving.

de locatie en het huiselijke comfortabele gevoel in het huisje is geweldig. Het ligt mooi en heel centraal. Genoeg restauranties en winkels in de buurt. Daarnaast ben je zo op de snelweg en in de rest van Friesland.

ik miste de slaapbank. Het huisje is niet geschikt voor 2 personen als je niet met elkaar in 1 bed wil/kunt slapen. Ik was met een collega en samen in 1 bed was geen optie. In het verleden kon dit wel omdat er een slaapbank was en daarom was het altijd zo een perfect huisje voor ons. Misschien toch overwegen om een 1 persoons slaapbankje terug te plaatsen??

Leuk huisje, grappig ingedeeld met keuken, zitkamer en slaapkamer elk op een eigen verdieping. Midden in het centrum, maar toch rustig.

Er wordt in deze accommodatie wat te veel gebruik gemaakt van zoet geurende luchtverfrissers.
