Very nice, cosy, rustic, fully equipped farmhouse in a beautiful environment; perfect for families, who would like to get away from the noises of the city.

We liked pretty much everything

Tulips outside the house.

Smell. House smelled like a barn really stongly. Smell gets in you hair, skin, clothes and luggage. There were multiple scents put to cover it, without success. One of us has astma and she had to go to a hotel for other night because of the scents. Not suitable for astmathic people!

Everything was fine. We arrived a bit late, but they were understanding. The accommodation was good, and the area was beautiful (tulip field, garden) . I can only recommend it.

Excellent location, very calm and peaceful. Perfect to come down.

We stayed only one night, because in the morning we had to go to the Assen (TT Circuit) car show, this accommodation has a very good location, that's why we chose it. Overall, we were satisfied and I can recommend it to others.

The location is really secluded and quite, in the middle of no where which is exactly what I wanted. There are beds for 4 people upstairs (I was alone). The kitchen is great and the living room is really cozy with big windows. There is an outer area where you can sit on a bench under a tree. I really liked the mini house and I thought it was exceptional value for the money.

Left to our own devices, just how we like it! Plenty of space within the property ideal for a family with children! Wifi worked fine.

Just a couple more baking trays and towels (one for the downstairs toilet), would have made it perfect.

Very spacious house. Very spacious and modern shower. Very modern styles of kitchen (Ikea-type) and forniture ("post-industrial"), super kettle for boiling water, good selection of pots for cooking. Good covers for the beds. Easy access and parking. Fresh air, nice view, care in the selection of items for decorations. Generally clean. Kind manager.

Some difficulties in regulating the temperature of the shower. No safety gate at the stairs for dogs and children. People with difficulties in walking should be aware that the style of the stairs is typical of the zone, with high steps. Plenty of mosquitos. Some biscuits for dogs forgotten under the forniture of the living room.
