"Modernes Apartment nahe der Altstadt"

- Sehr gute Lage, fußläufig zur Altstadt und einem guten Parkhaus - Hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem großen Wohnzimmer und Balkon - Freundlicher Empfang durch eine Mitarbeiterin und unkomplizierte Kommunikation - Die Schlafzimmer sind zum Innenhof gelegen

- Das Apartment liegt im 2. OG, ohne Aufzug. Man gelangt dorthin über eine sehr steile Treppe (wurde vorab aber auch kommuniziert). - Einziges Manko war für uns, dass sich die Wohnung stark aufgeheizt hat (es war ein Sommertag). Man kann an sich gut durchlüften, aber es blieb trotzdem sehr warm. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, nur einen Ventilator. Das kleine Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, weshalb die Luft nicht zirkuliert, wenn man die Tür schließt.
