Great location. Great view. The host is friendly and easy to talk with. Aircon is super cold. I work from home and the wifi did not disappoint, it's fast.

It's just a few meters from the heart of the city center. It's easy to locate as the street is just opposite the Capitol Lagoon. There are ATMs nearby, McDonald's and Jollibee at the corner, convenience store next street and a laundry at the ground floor of the condo. Waking up with the nice view of Mt. Kanlaon.

Great location. It's a walk away from main road, where you take jeepneys to different known tourist spots. Plus it's just a street or two away from Capitol, Museum, Forest Park, etc. One ride away from SM, Manokan country, cathedral, etc. One tricycle away from port. Host is also responsive of questions. You can also cook in the property so the convenience of not going outside and being able to save money is there. The shower heater is easy to operate. Going to the rooftop can give you a great view of the city. Great stay, great value for money. Will definitely recommend.

No place to arrange your clothes temporarily. There's this hanging cabinet near the bed but it's too high for a normal Filipino height. We have to use the sofa or tables to place them. Maybe because there's not enough space for a floor-placed one. The said hanging cabinet is dangerous for tall people too. My friend bumped her head at its corner twice accidentally while picking something from the table below. Not sure if a corner guard will help but it will definitely lessen impact. There's enough space for three people but it is challenging to find place for our luggages.
