Daip - Studio voor twee

No location or price would make me turn a blind eye to the filth that prevailed there. That due to an emergency business meeting in Groningen I was anxious to check in earlier than scheduled at the hotel. The day before arrival I wrote a request, and called to get an earlier answer on whether I could check in earlier.- Yes no problem. On the day of arrival when I am on my way I receive an email response that I can not check in earlier, an hour before my scheduled early visit. After waiting for an hour, I received the keys to an apartment that had a dirty and unpleasant smell. This should not have happened.

In the bathroom no one cleaned, hair on the toilet sink, faucet and floor. Dirty cutlery, and sand on the floor, no soap which is mentioned in the amenities. There was hair on the bedding. The apartment is modern and nice, unfortunately such filth should not take place, it is disgusting. How can a person do such a thing ?I wish I had taken any pictures. If anyone is brave please see for yourself maybe they will change something :)

It's the second time I stayed here. It's a spacious studio with everything you need.

There was no hot water in the morning of check out. And I haven't received check in instructions as was promised via email. Spam folder didn't have it neither. Luckily there was the phone number and I could find out the code of the locker to get the key. 2 years ago the bed was really comfy. This time it was so soft, like you sleep in a hammock.

Good location near the city centre. Overall clean and comfortable. Parking was very convenient and they take care of everything for you.

Can be a bit loud at times but that didn’t concern us much.

Spaceous room, with a kitchen. Nice location. Clean.

No staff on site. The bed is quite uncomfortable because you can feel every spring. No handsoap available, and the soap in the shower was almost empty. The lighting in the bathroom was insufficient.
