Clean and tidy

Except for a sofa that is old and broken, the rest of their things are fine, I am very disappointed about the wrong information that is written in the booking app the check out time indicated there is 1300H - 1400H. But the agent arrived in the unit at 13:30 Mark and 2 personnel advice us to hurry to leave . He even charged us php 300 for our stay of 1 hour and 30 minutes because the check-out time as per Mark the agent is 12NN. I informed him regarding the time indicated in booking app but he answered me “baka sa hotel yan walang ganun dito” he has Rude behavior i will not go back to this unit again very disappointed to this staff!

"Clean, comfortable, and close to where we needed to go."

Location near airport and Newport mall. Cleanliness of room.

Couch is a little worn out. The security guard when we arrived gave us unhelpful info when we asked for directions. We have a senior mom with us and the elevator direction and the mall direction was the long way or incorrect. The checkout personnel were the ones that pointed us to the shorter routes.

"SCAM."

BEWARE !!! SCAM!!!! We arrived at the property with our sleeping child at 9pm, having received confirmation of the booking that day. We were advised that someone was sleeping in our room, they had an alternative hotel 45 minutes away. No sorry, no apologies just get out. We were told to just leave a bad review and cancel the booking. Wow. We ended up frantically searching for a place to stay late at night. This cost us more and we have not received a refund nore have we received compensation
