I liked that it was close to shops

The second toilet smelt like sewer and they need to buy a new dish drainer. It was very old and rusty. Everyone was very friendly. It was hard seeing so many poor people and having very young children begging for money and food. I helped a lot of people but it's sad that they have to do this at such a young age.

it’s well kept property. the views were magical towering in 53rd floor overlooking the mountains and partially city views.

We booked this apartment for 2 nights as we needed to extend our stay in Cebu. We originally stayed for a week in a different apartment in this building. That apartment had issues with cockroaches but this one did not. However, we were not given the room we booked as advertised. We were told that room was unavailable due to the current guests extending last minute. I was not happy but had little choice. The apartments are managed by caretakers and managers who look after many apartments for owners who never seem to be around or available to speak to. This apartment had no bedding until we complained, the microwave was filthy and had not been cleaned. The TV was poorly set up and needs maintenance, the bed was too small, overall it was poor value for money considering I did not get the apartment advertised and what made me book in the first place. We have been coming to Cebu for years so are not strangers to booking apartments. It's a shame as the apartment size and location was great. Better cleaning and maintenance is required at this one.
