The only plus point that has remained with this property is its location and easy access to the mall.

Lifts were not working properly. Breakfast was in another tower while we are staying in another tower. The cleanliness was poor, especially the washrooms. The entertainment/TV was outdated. The breakfast was unhygienic. The room service served food packed in a plastic bag without any basis cutlery. No cutlery even in the kitchen cabinets.

Hands down the best.

Only thing we were missing was long tall mirror full size mirror. The spa bath tub was leaking. So our romantic jacuzzi together wasn't the greatest. But we still did it, water leaked all over the flor but in to the drain
