Cosy one-room flat, quiet with closed windows, centrally located. Nice cafes and restaurant within walking distance. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, separate toilet. Handover of keys uncomplicated by pin. Contact with the landlord was reliable. Kitchenette (without cooker) well maintained. However, we always ate out. Ventilation possible via front door or slot above the front door

The bed was comfortable and sleep was excellent there. There was enough space to put our things and almost everything what we needed was there. We liked that there was closet with extra towels and with showers stuffs.

Because we stayed long there, we couldn’t make food, because there is no oven and stove. In addition we would have liked to use some floor mop or some brush there to clean.

Apartment was VERY spacious for 2 people. Plenty of room to open up 2 big luggages (with room to spare). Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Apartment was very clean. Free bottles of water provided as well which is always handy. Decent location, About a 15 min walk from Rotterdam Centraal (with big luggage, 10 mins otherwise). 5-10 min walk from restaurants, and bars. Check-in process was very easy. Communication with the host was excellent.

Although the apartment is on a quite street, it is very close to a main road (with bars etc), so there were a fair few people passing by and you could hear them. Light sleepers might wake up.

The accommodation was very welcoming even though we arrived 30 minutes earlier than we should have (the room was still being cleaned). The landlord arrived just then and said we could leave our luggage and come back a bit later. He made sure we could work the key code lock. We felt 'at home' from the first minute. We needed to call the landlord when our window blind got stuck and he was very responsive, coming to sort it straightaway. We liked the thoughtful provision of tea, coffee, and toiletries. Bedlinen and towels were very clean and lovely quality. Not speaking any Dutch, we were pleased to be able to get BBC TV in English. We hope to return to Tam Tam Studio next time we're in Rotterdam.

Central location - walking distance to center, museums, central station Nice quiet street. Very large bed, good amenities. Very clean.
