Apartment aesthetics were good. I always visit every year but this year it was quite disappointing.

Carpets were dirty. It was peak winter season and the heating was not working. When I asked the staff to turn it on, they refused to turn it on because “not enough people were asking for heating”. Air conditioning is a basic necessity and when I asked for a refund so that I can go elsewhere, they refused and I slept in the cold all night and got sick. Staff was also unprofessional

Location of the hotel was good.

I didn't like the response of the staff and there is no one after 8pm. I asked for blanket, they didn't gave that. Central heating was not working, It was freezing all night. There was no warm water, owner said we have not turned on the geysar yet. The apartment seems to be clean but overall it was not a good experience.

Property like home location excellent and staff very friendly

Tower management was not good enough, But appartment staf/Goldfinch was quite decent and coperative, location and security was good enough
