The bed was very comfortable, the apartment had everything what we needed.

There ir no condition And hard to find parking space in this building. If there where some kind of instruction or pictures it would have made things easier. 🙂

In general, for this money and almost in the very center of the capital - everything was very good. 10 minutes to the subway, 6 minutes to the tram. Underground parking directly from the elevator is very convenient. The parking lot is designed for passenger cars only. Somewhere up to 190 cm tall. Clean. Fenced area. Polite manager who communicates in several languages. At least, besides the Polish language, I could get answers in English and Ukrainian.

Old sheets. Not comfortable mattresses. The deposit returned to my card only on the tenth day. Although to tell the truth - judging by the bank statement - the company sent the transfer on the day of departure. A confusing moment with the keys - you need the keys to drive in. So to take the keys you have to leave the car somewhere. Parking is paid. The parking meter only wanted cash... It would also be good if the managers called back if they were unable to answer the call.

Good location and the car parking space is a bonus.

The place was not clean (mainly the bathroom); the wi-fi and TV were not working; the sofa bed was dirty and not comfy at all. We were not given enough towels (after complaining, the additional towels were given to us only on the 2nd day in the afternoon). The host wasn't helpful, nothing was done about the wi-fi. When I compare the apartment to other apartments I stayed in Warsaw (for the similar price), this one scores really poorly.

This property was a horrible experience! We arrived at the location and when we open the lock box there were no keys. We were left stranded on the sidewalk with two small children in the evening freezing temperatures and no cell phone service. Fortunately a kind gentleman took us into his apartment while we try to communicate with the property and he try to help us find other accommodations. After 3 hours they offered us an apartment 22 km away from the area that we booked to be near the train station. When we finally took a another cab ride to the second apartment. I placed my backpack to keep the passports and documents safe on top of the refrigerator and when I took it down it was completely covered in dirt and dust. I communicated with the property over the next few days and told them they at least need to reimburse this for our cab ride. And they kept giving me the run around on even that. We are on our way to Ukraine for a funeral and they made a stressful situation much worse.

Big apartment. The kitchen had most of the things you might need. Close to the metro station.

The sofa/bed was a bit dirty. The bed in the bedroom was small for two persons.
