Location by the dunes is very special

Location was good. 5 minutes to the main beach. 5 minutes into the main town. 45 minutes to Bernie's beach bar (Luminosity festival). Lots of restaurants in the town and along the beachfront. Shops including a chemist and supermarket all within easy reach. The ceiling fan was a life saver as it was so hot when I arrived (28 to 30 degrees and heatwaves in europe). The shower and bathroom area was good. Instant hot water when you needed it. The hairdryer was modern. The bathroom fan you could keep off at night so no noise as it had its own switch next to the bathroom light. Toilet roll was provided to last the stay which was a nice touch. Shampoo and shower gel were a good size and looked nice (had brought my own however). Microwave, fridge, crockery and utensils all there if you wanted to use them (I didn't as ate out). Kettle and coffee machine. Lots of power outlets. Cushions to use with the reclining chairs outside as needed. TV was wall hung with a remote control. Is space to hang clothes and few drawers too. Bedside cabinets with working lamps if you didn't want to use main light.

The noise of the ceiling fan when in use as it seemed to be a bit wobbly and catching so concerned in case it came loose, but it didn't and used it daily over 5 days. The blinds near the door are delicate and you can see several have broken off. There was a gap where light came in but found a spare blind in the cupboard and attached it so fixed that issue. The fan moved the blinds however, so used the chair by the door to keep them from fluttering about at night. There was a residual smell of smoke like someone had smoked in there before, but as I left the door open for a few minutes each night to clear the hot air from the room and put the ceiling fan on to cool the room down before going in that helped. The outside wooden door leading to area outside the front door entrance was swollen so didn't shut and the outside table and chairs had not been cleaned recently. Light bulb was about to go in the left lamp as flickering. Just used the right one. All easily fixable.
