Clean look and feel throughout (except outside, but it was raining and I only stayed for one night). Plenty of room for the guests, we didn't get in each other's way but enjoyed each other's company. (Although I was mostly by myself and asleep.) The hues on one of the bedroom lights are a nice touch.

I could have used better ventilation in the bedroom, and stupidly it didn't occur to me to check the window, which, when I checked in the morning turned out to open to the outside. So that really was my own fault.

Very convenient. Could check in and out fully online. They send me a code to collect the key to the entry. Location is close to the university which is nice. Shared kitchen was super convenient as I could just buy groceries for a day instead of having to eat out.

Mild smell of smoke coming in through the window at night (I sleep with windows open, during the evening they were closed). The heating in the room wasn't ideal. I'm guessing it's because the building is somewhat older, but I had to crank up both the radiator and added electric heater. The electric heater smelled quite bad. Consider getting a new heater or at some point installing new windows in the smaller room, though I understand new windows might cost quite a bit.

Good location

One bathroom to share with 4 or 5 or more people may be too little. Toilet then in the crawl space is tiny and not ventilated.

It's location is good.

Despite saying it has private bathroom, it doesn't have. You need to use shared bathroom and toilet. The room was very small. And the light makes a clicking noise, which is annoying during sleep.
