Heel comfortabel en sfeervol

Bij aankomst was het te koud. Het duurde te lang voordat het aangenaam werd. De thermostaat stond te laag. Toen het eenmaal op temperatuur was was het erg fijn! De tv deed het niet goed. Was ook op dat moment niet te verhelpen. ( vanwege technisch mankement en de paasdagen)

Bed is clean and white. High quality soaps and shampoo: High hotel standard. View onto canal is always good.

I went during winter and the heating could not cope up. That means that after a long day of work at -1 °C outside I came home into a room with 18 °C which would never become any warmer. Plus it smelled like a nasty old kitchen. Imagine during winter, you are freezing in a smelly room: It was unpleasant. The dishwasher was broken with nasty old water in it. So, I made a mistake by just opening it. It is time for a renovation. Who put a stove into that place anyway allowing people to fry things in the little pantry kitchen? In kamer 3 the kitchen fan is constantly running because it is connected permanently with no switch! Total installation failure. They even put earplugs into the room because of all the noise complaints before. The fan cannot be switched off and the cold, smelly kitchen air is being moved around within (!) the room 24/7. What a desaster. I was informed by the really friendly girls at the reception that someone would contact me what nobody ever did. So I had leave this comment and will have to look for alternatives in Heerenveen.
