Mooi oud pand, appartement op de eerste verdieping is heel ruim met heerlijk balkon. Locatie is top. Horeca, winkels, alles dichtbij. Strand op ongeveer 5 kilometer afstand.

De ligging Ruim appartement en heerlijk dakterras (niet bij alle appartementen!) Vriendelijk ontvangen door eigenaar

Rommelig en niet goed onderhouden Keukeninventaris is bij elkaar geraapt Keukenkastjes sluiten niet goed Wc pot zit los Kussen en matrassen waren niet schoon van vlekken en te zacht Parasol op dakterras was kapot Het geheel kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken

Alles!!! Accommodatie was vies, achterstallig onderhoud en kwam totaal niet overeen met wat staat vermeld op Booking.con. De beheerder kwam niet opdagen na klachten en vraag of hij ons te woord wilde staan. Stond niet open voor oplossing.

"Schönes Haus, schöne Wohnung, Top-Lage, Ausstattung könnte mal teilerneuert werden."

Lage ist perfekt, das Haus von außen wunderschön. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Parkplatz sicher hinter dem Haus, auch für Fahrräder kein Problem.

Die Matratzen sind vielleicht mittlerweile zu alt, jedenfalls zu weich und durchgelegen. An manchen Stellen lag dicker Staub, in der Küche wäre ein Toaster schön (im Schrank lag nur noch der alte Brötchenaufsatz)
