Traditional family apartment with garden at countryside Amsterdam

This house is just a happy place! Perfectly equipped, very cosy feeling through beautiful details. Warm welcoming, useful information provided. Despite of cold weather, very pleasant temperature inside, comfy beds. Private parking provided, supermarket in 2 min walking distance, bus stop also. You need around 15-20 min with public transport to reach the city centre of Amsterdam, reliable connections. Ivette and Dimitri are great hosts and try their best to make you feel comfortable. They live in the same huge house, but through the separate entrance and the way it is built, you have the feeling to be accommodated in a separate smaller house with 3 rooms and a kitchen, there is absolutely no lack of privacy. We totally recommend this place!

The stay had everything we needed

lovely house, quiet environment, easy access, near bus stop, market nearby, kitchen, stove, coffemaker everything you find in a house ivette and dimitri greet us with their warm smiles and kind-heart, the explain us about the house and gave us sweet farewell gift. we love the house and its lovely environment. definetly will go back, thankyou for your all your kindness :)

heater not too warm during end season of autumn, but they provide many blanket so we still feel warm. No amenities like shampoo and toothpaste. But we are okay with that

Spacious , clean and comfortable.

Nicely decorated in a traditional country style but everything was reasonably new. Great location just outside Amsterdam. Easy access by transit or 20-30 euro UBER depending on where in the centre you want to go.

The coffee machine is Nespresso pods which is ok but a French press would be good to have. Pretty minor.

We had a lovely 10 day stay. Great location both for visiting Amsterdam on public transport and for exploring the countryside. We appreciated the warm welcome from our hosts and their useful recommendations. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and beautifully restored. Worked really well for our family of 4 with teenage kids. Parking a bonus. Supermarkets very close on foot.

A very confortable place to stay. Everything you need is there. The owners are friendly and will help you if needed. It’s a short distance from the NDSM ferry to Amsterdam (a 5km walk or the bus is just around the corner) if you want to visit the city. It’s the perfect place to visit the area if you rent a bike. (P.S. the owners don’t rent bikes). You can also go for a swim 5 minutes walk from the house.

It’s a little noisy if you sit outside in the garden. A lot of traffic on the street.
