FIRST -- Green Żoliborz Apartment 4

There were a couple of pluses and this apartment has a good potential if owner fixes all negative stuff. 1) Location is really perfect - it's a good new district, quiet. Lots of cafes, restaurants, groceries. Huge mall is in walking distance. 2) Free parking is very convenient. It's a bit tricky to get there because first you need to park on the street and get the keys from the apartment and the drive to the parking, but that's OK. Instructions were a bit vague, simple link to google map point would be easier.

We had stayed in many apartments and this one is one of the worst. In its current condition we can't recommend it to anyone to stay. 1) Towels and bed linen - that's the worst thing! Towels are super cheap and started to smell in the morning. Bed linen is super old - feels like hundred of people slept before you and they were cleaned quickly before us at 15-min wash. They smell super terrible, almost impossible to sleep! Towels and bed linen must be replaced immediately and should be replaced regularly for a rented apartment! 2) Apartment overall was cleaned very bad - our socks became grey after 2 min walking. Fridge was dirty, bathroom had dust, windows - full of dust. Wardrobe had dust inside. Kitchen looked dirty. It requires general cleaning and replacement of a regular cleaner definitely. 3) Overall apartment is filled with very cheap and useless furniture. It's ok for 1 night stay, but it's uncomfortable to stay longer. Modern re-design would really be helpful. 4) No hooks in bathroom at all. Huge useless closet for no reason (can be removed) and no place to put towels at all. 5) No shower gel/shampoo. But there was a bath foam, very funny. 6) No coffee machine in 2024 year.

Convenient apartment, modern design & equipment, super clean, free parking, good communication.

It was pretty warm in the apartment even during the night, but this is how summers in Poland are ;-). Ventilators of air conditioning in sourrounding apartments were audible during the night, but we did not feel disturbed too much. Overall, it is difficult to find a better place for a short stay in Warsaw!

Furniture in the bedroom looks very temporary. Towels are not acceptable.

This is a modern comfortable apartment in the new district of Warsaw not far from the city center. There are many shops and cozy bars and restaurants within walking distance. We used this apartment for transit accommodation twice within a month and were fully satisfied, and it can be sutable for a long stay as well. There are all need facilities for it. But….

There were some problems communicating with the owner on the first stay and on the second stay we found remains of moldy bred in a kitchen locker from former guests, I guess. Dear owner, please be more attentive in the future. )
