Die Sauberkeit. Schmutziger Boden, Kühlschrank, Haare im Bett … Die Kissen waren voller Flecken. Was das Wohlfühlen unmöglich macht.

Generell nicht sauber. Fußboden sehr schmutzig. Kissen voller Flecken .Diese müssten dringend gereinigt werden.
