Las habitaciones eran amplias

La atención al cliente fue pésima. Cometimos un error al hacer la reserva e inmediatamente nos comunicamos con ellos a través de la aplicación de Booking e incluso llamamos por teléfono para solucionarlo y nos atendieron fatal, sin ningún interés por ayudarnos. Nos alojaron en la planta baja de una casa, más lejos del centro de lo que nos habían dicho, imposible llegar a pie y nos costó encontrarla. No tenía sala de estar, ni sofá, ni zona común donde estar, solo podías estar en la cama. La vitrocerámica no funcionaba y había en su lugar unas placas eléctricas portátil El menaje de cocina muy deficiente.

It was close to Flåm station, working kitchen and warm shower.

The staff were not contactable at all, despite messaging in booking.com on via the number they gave us. Told us not to call them but no replies via messages either. The beds were not comfortable and there needs to be a curtain over the front door as the light from outside lamp would shine through making it hard to sleep / the early daylight. Price was pretty steep considering the amenities and overall space.
