Property Notes

Guests arriving after the reception closes (8PM) have to perform a self check-in with the given information. The address on the platform is the ZIP Code of Flåm due to us having different apartments’ locations. Some in the Center close to the Train/Ferry/Bus Stations. Others near the reception. Our Shuttle Service depends on availability. Take notice that there’s an extra fee for additional guests or replacement of linen (initial are included). When traveling with pets, an extra fee of 250 NOK per pet will be charged at the reception. Note that a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each accommodations. We are a self-catering accommodations and don’t offer any type of food and condiments. Please don’t ignore the check-in hour (4PM) and demand an early entry.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very "rustic" -- the guy was a jerk"

The location is excellent.

It's very "rustic." It isn't fancy at all, and I wouldn't call it comfortable. Our unit was upstairs, and the man who greeted us (owner? Employee?) Kept insisting that I carry my bags up the stairs. I had no expectations that he carry them, so I'm not sure why he was so adamant. I was simply waiting for my husband to come get them. I kept pointing to the surgical scars on my neck and shoulder to explain why I wasnt carrying them, but he got more aggressive shot me carrying my own bags. It was bizarre and off-putting

Very far, not suitable for those with large luggage. There was no shuttle service as advertised, with the excuse that the driver was unavailable. No assistance was provided. The surrounding area is a farm with livestock.

"Overpriced, uncomfortable bed, clean with good location"

The location to waterfall & town, & the kitchenette.

The uncomfortable bed that I had to climb over hubby to go to toilet at night. The room was cold or really hot we couldn't work out heater & the glass front door was right in front of bed with no block out curtain so we didn't sleep well with light coming in. The toilet ran all night & the button on it was broken. Short showers required as hot water runs out- Very expensive for what you get. The most we have ever paid for a very ordinary room, I guess they have a reasonable location.
