The apartment was clean, well equipped, and you could not ask for a better location. It was a 5 minute walk to the harbour and centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Tatiana was very helpful and responded to messages very quickly. I also really appreciated all of the apartment and city information that the owner provided prior to our visit, it really helped us to organize ourselves.

Nothing - it was excellent!

We had a very comfortable stay at this place. We wanted a quiet place to rest at night and to cook meals to save on our trip, and we had the most cozy bed and a well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to many points of interest by walk, grocery store only 5 minutes away. The place is perfectly clean, and I’m usually pretty picky on cleanliness! We were welcomed by Tatiana, who was very responsive before and while our entire stay. She was amazing. We encountered a problem with the fridge… as we know, things like that may happen, and what matters is how it’s being handled and resolved… and we can tell the hosts were very keen on making sure we left satisfied and happy. Everything was quickly addressed, and that didn’t spoiled our time in Oslo. Thank you Jarle and Tatiana!

Location was fantastic and everything that you needed was there.

Nothing really. No hanging space in bedroom wardrobe and no microwave were the only small things

Our stay at Observatoriegata 12 was simply wonderful! The apartment was cosy, clean, perfectly located, and equipped with everything we could need. Travelling with my dear friends Patrizia and Fiammetta made the experience even more special, and this beautiful accommodation contributed greatly to the success of our trip. Jarle and Tatiana were extremely kind, available, and attentive: communication was clear and timely, and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. We felt truly welcomed and cared for. The location is excellent, quiet but central, with easy access to public transport, shops, and Oslo's main attractions. Thank you for helping us create such lovely memories: we would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Please just note that there is no lift and the stairs might not be the most convenient for everyone but it was not a major issue for us.
