Wonderful apartment! So comfortable and well appointed. Great views.

View. Quaint French influenced seaside village. Quiet enough - with minor noises in early morning (its located in a business area and above several shops).. Nice waterfront walk and interesting walks in general. Property was well equipped. Nicely renovated. Overall, enjoyable.

Parking was tight, but manageable - a larger vehicle might have trouble.

Beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and a balcony with incredible views over the water. We loved our time in this apartment and enjoyed Akaroa.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location was perfect due to the central situation and stunning Akaroa harbour views from the apartment and verandah. Nearby restaurants that we tried were excellent and lots of other activities (would highly recommend the Akaroa Dolphins boat trip, we saw lots of wildlife and the company were very respectful of the animals and environment). The apartment itself was ideal with comfortable beds, good shower, kitchen was well kitted out, lounge was homely. Perfect Stays who we dealt with had great communication at all stages and even checked in to see how our first night went - really personable. Be prepared for a rather ‘full-on’ pre-stay checking process which included taking a selfie video clip, providing a copy of drivers license or passport, and paying a bond - not something I have had to do for any other short-stay accommodation of a similar level previously. However, to be fair, this was all communicated in the booking information and is part of the deal. People have the choice to stay or not and if they do, they need to agree to these conditions. All in all a positive experience and would very happily book the apartment again.

As above, all positive but found the pre-stay booking process onerous compared with other accommodation of a similar level I have booked with.

Location, view, artworks. Very cosy.

Loved it all, maybe a cheese board and knives would be a welcomed addition.
