Absolutely stunning! Balcony easily the biggest balcony in Queenstown.

Great stay, thou there was no heating (we had to go out a buy 2x heaters to keep warm)

Great location

Brilliant location in town. Leisurely walk to most things with no big hills to negotiate. Rooms are spacious and having ensuite in each bedroom was a big plus. The huge balcony is unbelievable with great views over Queenstown. Kitchen is well equipped which allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals.

Not recommended,horrible service plus Iam being treated with rudeness and unrespected communication from one of the lady name Julie Jolly.

Stayed there for 2 nights and had 2 sleepless night since the blind in the bedroom near balcony was broken, we reported it as soon as we found out on the first day and send the video for them ,and the team said ok, we will get it fix but did not get it fix at all, we had two tired ,lack of sleep because at 5am the bedroom was so bright plus the sunlight affected our sleep,my girl woke up so early. Do not sent anyone to fix the issue as what they promised. Complained about the issues to the team one more time when we get back home because while staying there ,we expected the room had to have fully function as they advertised . all we received that they kept blaming us for having additional people slept in the lounge room(the broken blind was in the bedroom) and our booking was for 6 people and we stayed as our booking. They keep blame us even i already said we did not have any extra people and feel free to checked on us while we were staying there. Also they did not have any tissues at all for a 3 bedroom appartment which is ridiculous. The lady Jullie was so rude and grumpy during our conversation through Whatsapp. Im very disappointed about the service and the price was not that affordable. Not recommend it for any one . Keep in my that they will treat you disrespecful.

Such an awesome location and the views were incredible. The apartment was lovely and quirky, and had absolutely everything you would need on holiday. Each bedroom has its own en-suite which was nice and private. Very central to everything, great Thai place right downstairs, lake across the road, everything was right on our doorstep.

The back bedrooms had no airflow as they had no useable windows. It was very warm during our stay so those two bedrooms got quite stuffy and uncomfortable. There were portable fans which were good but didn’t cool the room down much. I imagine this wouldn’t be an issue in the cooler months. Also we were lead to believe there was a gym in the complex that we could use. which was true to a degree but it was a private gym and cost over $30 a casual visit. We weren’t expecting that. Neither of these issues would stop us staying again nor stop us recommending this place to stay to others though. it was fabulous.

The location of this unit was OUTSTANDING. There is a gym in the building and shops and restaurants right outside the door. It was amazing. The unit itself was large and well equipt with everything you'd need on a vacation. And the view from the lanai was stunning!

The cleaning staff could have done a better job for sure, and some of the furnishings could be updated.

Spacious so we could easily relax cook our own breakfast, play cards etc. For up to 2 couples had own bathroom facilities. Very close to restaurants and bars so didn't have to worry about transport.

You probably can't do anything about this but I would have expected an apartment of this size to have 2 carparks which caused us a little bit of a problem.
