Clean, tidy and spacious. It was well equipped for a short stay and felt like a home away from home! We liked that it was away from the owners and very private, as we did come home late one evening.

Nothing! Would definitely stay again.

"Very enjoyable stay"

Well provisioned cottage and good value for money

Everything was great apart from the peak hour traffic along Hwy 2 to get into Tauranga between 8 and 9am in the morning. We were lucky enough to catch the excellent evening outdoor performance of Romeo and Juliet at the amphitheatre in the Te Puna Quarry Park, an unexpected bonus to our trip. Manganui mountain and township is also well worth the effort to get to and climb.

Awesome place, clean, comfy and welcoming. Responsive hosts when we had questions. Would absolutely stay here again.

The place was VERY clean but through no fault of property management we had a bit of a bug issue. Lots of cockroaches coming in from outside

"Convenient and nice"

Property was really nice - very clean and well situated to easily get into Tauranga/the Mount. Beds were very comfortable too. Great for a group of one couple + extras

Only thing stopping this from being a 10 was the cooking facilities - there was a microwave + BBQ so for quick trips it was perfect, but if you wanted to cook anything on the stove during a longer stay it would be difficult.

"Great spot in TePuna"

Very clean, and it was nice to wake up to a tui in the trees across the road

Us being from the south island found it really hot but we brought a fan and solved that problem
