Te Puna Cottage Gardens B&B

Roomy cottage and clean. Very comfortable. Good price. Shower needs non slip mat as I was travelling with elderly mother. King size bed was great.

A distance from city about 12km. Cottage clean inside. Outside needed a tidy up with leaf blower . Entrance tricky with keypad then only 20 sets to enter before gate closes. Older or less agile person would have struggled. Not suitable for person with van as you have to reverse back and around to exit property . Heater and outside sensor light didn't work . Owner replaced heater and said he would attend to light. Very dark outside as no street lighting.

Cute little cottage, very clean and had everything we needed. Would of been nice if the weather was better and able to use courtyard

A little further away than we thought from Tauranga.

My family came to stay here for 2 nights as we had a wedding to attend, we loved it so much! Beautiful wee cottage, really clean, private and bed was comfortable. We had a lovely stay in this lovely home. Thank you for having us!

The only thing would be that a dryer is essential when travelling with kids who go swimming every day ☺️. Drying the clothes on an airing rack overnight unfortunately didn’t dry them fully 😢.

The location, close to the main town and the beach just down the road.

No light on the outside area.

Peaceful, beautiful, fully renovated, comfortable, clean.

If it was in Australia I would add fly screens but perhaps they are not needed here.
