Magic On Maryburn - The Green Room

Easy to enter the property. Good communication. A 6 minute walk to a market and restaurants.

Needed shampoo and fresh sugar for coffee. I didn’t realize we would be in someone’s backyard.

It was well kept and very clean. Very stylish and situated perfect for our trip to Mt Cook. Easy parking for us & utensils were great. Also loved the fairy lights out the front.

Not enough space for clothes to be kept as the drawers were already filled with extras. Wardrobe somewhere would definitely help. Would also help if there was a freezer.

The room was big with nice modern kitchen. Everything we needed was there so it was very cnvenient and comfortable.

We were there when it hit minus 1 or 2 at night. There was only one airconditioner in thr bedroom area, so the living room and kitchen were very cold. Bathroom floor waa icy cold too.

Clean, beautiful big bathroom, comfy bed. Handy location to shops. Has everything you need.

Heat pump is obnoxiously noisy.

Excellent clean and comfortable property with a full kitchen, large bathroom, fast wifi, short walk to the shops and restaurants, very quiet, parking spot available etc.

Takes a while to heat up in the middle of winter but once it does it's all good.
