CLASSY CABIN - IN TOWN - SPA POOL

Location is good enough.

Poor communication. I tried to call but the host keeps saying the instruction will be sent through email or apps. Under the bed is not clean with thick dust and I found old socks, toys and papers clearly not being cleaned. The window cannot be closed which means the property is not secured. I discussed this with the host but there is no action. The toilet is leaking which is not environment friendly. There is not remote for heater. You cannot adjust the heating.The parking space is not numbered so I find it hard where exactly to park my car. It is better to have a receptionist.

Very comfortable cabin with massive tv and coffee machine, great outdoor spa (amazing after long 3 day hike!), walking distance to town with easy car parking.

Brilliant location, lovely cabin and comfortable bed. Hot tub was brilliant after a day of snowboarding

Given the cost, we would have liked to be offered fresh linen for a 10 night stay or atleast a refresh of towels and enough condiments for the length of stay. No remote for heater was inconvenient and owner didn’t reply when asked about it

The spa at the end of the day was a highlight.

A few little tweaks would make this amazing. It needs a proper kitchenette. Every cabin needs its own spa. I was woken up at 1am by drunk people who were sharing the spa located right next to my cabin.

No view. No air conditioning in what is a dark coloured steel cabin. Unbearably hot and zero privacy due to the design. We actually left after 2 nights and paid for different accommodation

The parking and location was good.

When we arrived for check-in, we found that the place was not cleaned yet and was not ready for us even though it was a couple hours past the ready to check in time. We tried to contact them on their mobile a couple of times, which went straight to voicemail. Eventually, they had replied through the messaging function. We then had to wait for the cleaner to arrive for the place to be cleaned and sorted before we could properly check in. Also, when showering, the hot water will cut off here and there. The kettle and the coffee machine could not be used as the power plug was inaccessible.

The key feature - the “spa pool” - did not work; the hot tub water was hot but the jets did not turn on. I requested sufficient milk for coffee for a two night stay and was told that would cost an additional $50 service fee. When we asked for a bottle opener, something other accommodations have provided, we were told to go to the liquor store and buy canned drinks.

There is no table and chair inside the room. The hot water system is not working properly. Periodically there is no hot water during the shower time.
