Schöne Lage. Etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum. Waschmaschine mit Trockner und Waschmittel vorhanden. Küche genügend ausgestattet.

"Hoping to revisit Rotorua soon and rebook with Rose Apartments and try out the Spa."

Entrance to the apartment was via electronic lock and the code was sent ahead of time. I found that the communication from Grant was exceptional and I felt like I was well informed at all times. My car was parked securely in front of my apartment (off the road)

Hot tub was an added bonus. Very quiet location

Only 3 chairs at dining table. I raised this with the owner after and he gave an explanation and mentioned an occasional chair to be used (but we didn’t see this)

Great space and located near a lot of tourist locations. Met the owner and she was extremely nice. Would highly recommend if looking to stay in Rotorua. Very quiet location.

Parking was a little tight.
