"Great place for a short stay"

It looks as if the unit is brand new with a lovely out door area to use

Only the location let's it down as it is a long way out of town up a big hill. You will need to get a taxi back.

"Pretty Bloody Good"

Location was great, really quiet area. Was an easy ride to sticky forest and the jump park too which was great for quick evening mountain bike laps. Unit was really tidy and quite new with a completely separate entry to the house its attached to. Hosts were easy to contact and super helpful when we had an issue with the WIFI. There was even a pod coffee machine in the cupboard(althought I didn't see it until we were leaving).

Honestly very minor comments that wouldn't stop me from staying there again. We did have to drive into town but as the town wasn't too busy it wasn't an issue to find a park. There wasn't really anywhere to securely store our mountain bikes and not all that much space to store gear in the unit. A gate on the separate entry would be good so if we left our bikes outside pedestrians couldn't see them from the road.

Lovely clean and new looking well equipped little studio, huge outside space, wifi worked well, host answered fast on messages

It’s quite a walk into town/ to the lake, „list of rules“ made us feel not very welcome at first and I have not been asked once in 4 weeks of travelling through NZ to clean up the place , put out the trash etc - I’m sorry but that’s part of what we are paying for, it felt quite strict….also there were 2 towels for 2 people plus a small one each…not a lot for 3 days…same with toilet paper. The fridge is very noisy which is not great for light sleepers
