Lovely presented property and host was very helpful

I’ve paid for a higher-priced accommodation but ended up staying in a lower-priced one and the host is not refunding the extra charge NZD130, already try to resolve the issue directly with the host through the platform's messaging system but no further follow-up. Disappointed with the cold treatment. Not recommended to deal with the host directly.

Door code so really easy. Emailed received with clear instructions.

Would be great if there was a covering over the deck so one could stand outside when raining, leave dirty shoes etc outside as not to dirty the inside of the home.

We had a really lovely stay at this apartment. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged — it felt very cosy and welcoming, like a true home away from home. The location was fantastic, peaceful and scenic, and we love that we could stargaze right from the apartment itself. Communication with the host was smooth and easy — Lulu was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!
