Dave was courteous and VERY Helpful. A woman met us as we were trying to determine where to get in...she didn't make it easier although she had our key and a piece of paper that could be improved upon. We forgot in all the check-in confusion to request a late check out. A man appeared at 10am ...opened that door yelling "cleaners". Turned off the heater, threw open the doors and when advised someone was in the bathroom he just huffed into the back area to start his job. Totally RUDE. Two senior women travelling alone and one disabled? Really my own fault for not making a request but we were both packed. He was advised I had recently had a stroke and was recovering.

Accomodations were a delightful... view in 506 is great.
