Excellent loction

Great location. Well set up

Place was well situated. It was nice to be high up with a view. It was a reasonable distance for us to walk to the town centre and around the lake. The view from the lounge window was amazing. Double glazing kept us snug without much heating despite the frost outside in the morning. Clean, spacious and with all we needed. The most expensive accommodation of our 8 day stay but given the high demand for a Friday night was very pleased to find it available in such a sort after spot.

Poor communication with host, poor marking, confusing directions, if I didn’t t call host I would still look for wooden ramp leading to property, filthy bathroom floor full of short black hair, that was disgusting. High price considering state of the property, very random kitchen appliances.

Beautiful location. Close to Lake Tekapo but still private. Beautiful view of the mountains. Lovely deck area. Fairly good size. Clean and comfy.

What we liked: the flat was spatious, well equipped kitchen, lovely view out back, laundry facilities, effective air conditioning.

What could have been better: a regular, not handicapped bathroom, screens on the windows to prevent bugs coming in at night.

Surroundings untidy and squashed - lots of litter sadly.

Apartments ideally located. Excellent facilties including washing machine and dryer. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds and lounge area. We were very happy here.
