location and cleanliness

Property felt cold; only one heater in main room; no heaters in bedrooms. No advice on how to collect key or enter property; several calls to overseas call centres over 4 days, including hours before arrival, before advice on key location was given; no text ever sent and email with details was sent hours after arrival at the property; one explanation was that a new booking system was being installed. Booking.com should have advised before accepting booking that another agency was involved. Bach Break by Alloggio did not have my details. Booking.com advice was to reply to the Booking.com email but that was impossible as it was a "noreply" email.

Great location for our purpose. Warm, like having the milk in the fridge.

Double beds old and uncomfortable, no electric blankets or hairdryer. Additional cost per night per person was unexpected and expensive.

All good maybe another toilet and more mirrors.

Great location with street parking available right outside. Very clean and tidy.

Surprised there was no shampoo or conditioner or hairdryer. A mirror in each room would have been helpful. Washing machine but no dryer and no pegs to use on outside line. Small things but they make such a difference when you’re travelling. The bedrooms felt a little damp and we had trouble using the remote for the heating as we were unfamiliar with it and there were no instructions.

Bedrooms were good size, beds comfortable. Location was good

The location is a little noisy particularly as we didn’t know it was an attached property.

Location

Pillows were not great. Skirting boards and bathroom needs deep clean. Heat pump filters need a clean A couple of extra hand towels would be good also.

Place was in perfect location - clean and tidy. All appliances you need.

The property was cold (stayed during winter) heatpump was on when we arrived but the property was still cold. We left heatpump running day and night and didnt make a difference.

There could have been more cutlery, plates bowls etc. Had to hand wash most of the time as there wasn't enough to put dishwasher on.

It was clean and had good appliances and renovated adequately.

Over-priced for what was no more than a beach Bach or student accommodation. Cheap beds and lounge furniture. Busy main road so it was quite noisy.. Rubbish bin lid was broken off.

It felt homely & the bedrooms were lovely and spacious! It is also located in reasonably central spot which made our weekend even more of a breeze.

The heatpump was in the living area therefore the rooms were quite cold. There's also no netting in the rooms so had to close the curtains for privacy at times. The neighbour's access point to their property backed up onto the rooms so we could hear them coming and going at all hours of the night, which was a slight inconvenience. Despite these things, the house is still lovely and served its purpose.
