Needs a little bit of maintenance, nothing big, just a bit of care once every few months would keep this top notch.

Absolutely stunning views.

Entire unit needs updating and a thorough cleaning. The carpet was stained, not vacuumed well, dirty linen found in second floor closet, broken light fixture in stairway, only one bedside lamp found for three bedrooms, dated analog tv with no access to streaming, wash machine with an empty box of detergent, couch cushions stained, clothes drying rack in pieces and unusable.

Everything is perfect! Really appreciate that the owner keep the property clean and provide full facilities like washing machine and dryer. I am happy that i booked this property for my first day in new zealand. The view from the room is stunning!
