very comfortable bed, great mains pressure shower and HOT water

Location was great. Walk down to St Clare beach, easy access to the highway. Very very quiet neighbourhood

Nothing - Arthur's place was perfect for my needs

Cold Dunedin wheather was became warm stay at the place. Lovely and touched story and live experience of the owner. Warm, clean and cozy room and the bathroom is exceptionaly clean and tidy, love it.

Clean,comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a few days in Dunedin.Good parking but also near bus routes for getting into Central Dunedin and not having to find parking. Arthur was very pleasant and helpful.

The location was easy to get too and convenient. Our host suggested a place for breakfast that had the best eggs Benedict I have ever had.

Good communication before arrival. Easy to find and good location. Very spacious. Comfy bed with crispy sheets. Awesome shower, roomy bathroom. Very clean.

Not complaints.
