The sea view is stunning and truly unforgettable. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable for four people.

There are also a few areas that could be improved: The floor-to-ceiling windows are very clean, and guests might accidentally walk into the glass and get hurt. It might be helpful to place a few small stickers on the glass. It would be nice to provide some coffee sachets, tea bags, sugar... as these are commonly offered in most accommodations. The apartment is a little remote and there are not many restaurant options nearby, so it’s a good idea for guests to bring some food with them.

Stayed here for shorter travel to visit Cape Reinga. Easy to get too and only a short drive to Kaitaia for supplies. Would stay here again

The view of the beach from the apartment is the best I've ever seen. Great kitchen, pantry essentials provided, comfy beds and good shower. Clean. Plenty of wardrobe space. Clear communications from host.

The view ... out of this world. Easy access to the beach. Comfortable bed ... nothing like listening to the sound of the waves, nature's white noise.

Everything, wished we had been able to stay longer. Visiting from Scotland and trying to cram as much in as possible.

Nothing as we were needing to get on the road early the 9.30 check-out time was fine for us but earlier time than experienced elsewhere and would imagine for a family with young children might be on the early side.

I've stayed in many places with sea views, but cannot think of any better than here - the large lounge and balcony give a beautiful wide view. The decor was modern and attractive, and we had plenty of space. We were extremely happy we stayed here, and would love to stay again.

Beautiful location, comfy beds, good space

Not enough fans to cool the evening air, found it very hot and stuffy to sleep at night

The view was stunning, quiet location (except for the trail bikes on the beach wheelstanding and revving for a couple hours each night) but apartment was great.

A bit more privacy on the deck - could smell all the different guests dinner cooking...small glass shelf over basin not good when cleaning teeth....still have bruises.....just kept forgetting it was there.
