very quiet and private location. modern well maintained studio. good continental breakfast. excellent housekeeping

bathroom did not have a primary source of heat, but if you keep the bathroom door open, it warms nicely

We absolutely loved our stay! It was peaceful, in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood with lovely views. The studio was a great size for two people, the bed was super comfortable, the shower had hot running water with great pressure & was spacious, appreciated the heated towel rail & toiletries. We were pleasantly surprised that continental breakfast was supplied, which included homemade muesli which was so delicious & we were so surprised to be given some baking as well which was DIVINE!! Also were surprised to come home from the day hiking to see our bed made, fresh towels supplied & dishes cleaned! These extra touches are so appreciated & really made our stay so much more enjoyable.

"Refreshing & Quiet Getaway"

Location was perfect! 8 minute drive to downtown Te Anau where you can find all the restaurants. Get on a bus for a tour to Doubtful sound or Milford sound. The view and area were beautiful!

Breakfast is a very simple continental breakfast.

"Peaceful, beautiful and quiet, would stay again."

Breakfast was available but we never ate it. The views were awesome, even snowed on the last night we were there. waking up to snow everywhere was eventful. Shower pressure was really good. Nice and quiet John and Sarah were amazing hosts (if we needed anything, John said to just knock on their front door)

NIL, everything was awesome.
