The breakfast was lovely and well thought out. It was a continental breakfast, and we had yogurt and Bircher and a variety of breads were verry nice. The view was amazing, and we went for a walk through the beautiful, manicured gardens and met the gardener and her lovely dog. The host Sharon was kind enough to lend us her treasured Ibanez guitar and we were able to play a few songs. It was lovely. We watched the sunrise from our bed and the sky was red and pink and the water and headlands glistened in the morning light. It was absolutely delightful, and I could not be happier. When I return to Mt Manganui and Omakoroa (?) I will definitely stay at this property again; it is simply beautiful and peaceful. I am writing a book, and I may return soon to this property to continue it as it inspired me so much. Thank you, Sharon, for your beautiful and welcoming hospitality we are forever grateful. Also, we dropped an expensive cable on the driveway on the way out when we were leaving and Sharon sent it to us at no charge. Only people resonating at the most beautiful frequencies do such things and people like us, appreciate such things immensely.

I didn't like that we had to leave, I would have loved to stay for a few more days, it is a lucky dip when you book properties unseen, and we hit the jackpot with this property. I loved everything. Also, the decor was beautiful, and also well thought out and the polished cement floors with underfloor heating delightful.

Light, airy, beautiful view and also warm, cozy and surprisingly spacious. Love the styling, the furnishings and the underfloor heating!

Very thin walls, could hear the hosts abd their television. I'm sure they could hear us and our noisy kids too. Only issue but not a big deal. Inside voices and all that!

Absolutely beautiful spot with gorgeous views and lovely, comfortable dwelling.

Lovely location. Gorgeous views and proximity to the harbour. The hosts were gracious and very prompt and pleasant in responding to the requests. Lovely breakfast and a very classy accomodation. I think the pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the room itself was.

A tap or a small hand basin in the dining area would be perfect. Drinking water is to be taken from the tap in the bathroom sink and dishwashing is supposed to be done in the bathroom vanity sink as well.
