Саме приміщення чисте, з сучасним ремонтом і всіма необхідними зручностями. Саме приміщення абсолютно відповідає опису і фото. Жодних нарікань. Розташування зручне, двор закритий від сторонніх, поряд зупинки трамваю.

Складно знайти саме приміщення, треба більше інструкцій, можливо зняти відео, тому що від навігатора буде мало користі. Треба враховувати, що приміщенння на останньому поверсі в будинку без ліфта. Власний паркінг у приміщення відсутній, хоча в пошуку видається, як приміщення з паркінгом. Тому, якщо подорожуєте на власному автомобілі, врахуйте необхідність пошуку місця для паркування на вулицях поряд. Непогано було б залишити якісь памятки, наприклад, доступ до WiFi (не користувався, бо мав мобільний інтернет).

"For only a sleepover I guess is fine..."

Room interior was quite nice. There was a fan (no conditionier in this apartment) so it helped a lot during hot weekend. Fully safe yard with code locks, parking on the street is free and mostly you can get 1 spot next to the entrance to the yard. Police and hospital stations are near, location is quite nice if you traveling by car or public transport. Trams are fast and frequent.

Power switch (kitchen leds) is not working - it is something with installation - every switch was causing lightning, absolute not safe! Almost all blankets were bleached and with some not good smell (smell of pillows were bad too). We were family of 3 people, and only one bed was prepared for us... Floor were dirty and sticky, all socks were black after few walks... Shower head (big one above) is not working, shower had some mold, not cleaned properly. Toilet paper was torn and with less than a half left! Seriously??? There was another full paper in the cupboard under the sink, but for 3 people and for 4nights that was way to less. Apartament doors upper lock is free and chatty, needs to be fixed. Bathroom doors lock is blocking and hard. Windows are not opening fully because of installed curtain rods. Kitchen and bedroom has windows to the yard, and a lots of pigeons sleeping/eating on the roof of next building. Trust me, they sit on windowsills and usually wakes up at 5-6AM. 5 floor without lift!
