El apartamento es cómodo y el área social del complejo está en buen estado.

El ascensor del edificio no funcionaba, falló el servicio de agua, electricidad e inodoro del baño principal.

"bonito lugar con buena ubicacion"

lugar muy bonito, me gusto mucho que no estaba tan lleno, el sr. Nicolas siempre atento por whatsapp. La playa rio esta cerca a unos 400 mts caminando, y saliendo del apartamento queda de camino un lugar de pizza a la leñan muy rico

el elevador que estaba dañado.

"Si lo que buscas es paz, este es el lugar!"

Tal como se promete, hay mucha paz y tranquilidad pues a pesar de coincidir con un fin de semana, todo fue muy relajante y sin escándalos. El apartamento tiene el tamaño perfecto y el anfitrión Nicolas, siempre atento a resolver cualquier inquietud en pocos minutos. Hay un mini super muy cerca saliendo a la vía principal y diversas cadenas de supermercados a unos 10 min en auto hacia Coronado, así como variedad de restaurantes. Al pie de la entrada del Rio Mar Villages funciona una pizzería italiana los fines de semana, y para llegar a la playa solo hay que caminar unos 10 minutos para unos amaneceres y atardeceres espectaculares. Volveríamos mil veces!

La cercanía a la playa, una distancia ideal para caminar sino en auto y la piscina.

No funcionaba el ascensor y no había sombrillas en la piscina
