The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of USD 500 per person, per night applies for each additional unregistered guest, plus any costs incurred by the company and/or property owner due to this breach, including extra cleaning, excessive wear and tear, and damage to the property or surrounding property, and may result in immediate termination without refund. Smoking is prohibited in all units; any evidence of smoking or damage to the property caused by guest smoking will incur a minimum cleaning and deodorising charge of USD 250. Guests may only smoke in designated outdoor areas, if available. The property's pool, parking and WIFI are only for the use of guests staying at the property. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are available at this property and are subject to availability. All requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to approval by the property and must be requested in advance. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Damages will be charged to the card used to secure or pay for the reservation.
