Apartament Domino - Kościelisko Chotarz

Apartament bardzo przestronny, świetnie wyposażony. Duża łazienka i dodatkowa toaleta to ogromny plus przy większej liczbie gości. Salon urządzony ze smakiem – wygodna kanapa i duży stół sprzyjały wspólnemu spędzaniu czasu. Wszystko zgodne z opisem oraz zdjęciami. Właściciele bardzo mili – nawet drobny problem, który pojawił się podczas naszego pobytu, został szybko i bardzo profesjonalnie rozwiązany. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Wszystko super, wyposażenie kompletne czułam się jak w domu. Komfort i prywatność. Na pewno wróćmy w to miejsce.

This is a very spacious apartment. We rented it for 3 adults and 2 kids. We really enjoyed our stay there. We were able to use barbecue facilities and enjoy countryside night sky with a glass of wine. Photos mostly match the reality. It has a lot of different facilities for a comfortable long stay. A lot of activities that can be done in the area - hiking in nature and mountains, beautiful views, great food in restaurants and overall nice vibe of local culture. Even during end of April - beginning of May has most facilities open, lively markets and plenty of tourists. Overall would recommend it.

On arrival it took some time to figure out which apartment and how to get the key. Some of the lights in the apartment were not functional, but we figured a way to re-arrange them for proper light experience :) It's not possible to control the heating so we had to be very careful with keeping the warmth in the house as our stay was end of April - early May and nights were coldish. Neighbourhood is a bit disconnected from typical tourist facilities like shops, restaurants/bars/cafes, hiking trails, etc. The closest ones required 15 to 20 minutes walk, and the ones we were visiting most of the time are beyond comfortable walking distance, so we used the car to reach most places. Without the car it would probably be less enjoyable experience. With the car it is a bit challenging to find free parking in the area, most hiking locations require full day parking payment, Zakopane has mostly hourly paid parking and not very cheap one. We were probably unlucky with timing because in the neighbourhood (over the fence) there was always heavy machinery (tractors or trucks) working from early morning till the end of working hours. But with the doors closed the apartment is mostly sound proof and comfortable to stay. We could not figure out the way to open the large terrace door/window to enter terrace directly and had to use the side door, which was a bit inconvenient as we used barbecue facilities couple of times. The internet connection was quite unstable, there were some periods (especially in the evening) when it was hardly working. Though I noticed that the same was happening to my mobile data connection, so it seems like more a regional problem and probably some disruptions due to the landscape rather than specifics of this apartment.
