La ubicación está cerca del centro. El personal de seguridad es muy amable.

Suciedad en el departamento, la ventana del baño estaba llena de hongos y telarañas. Los cubiertos sucios, tuvimos que comprarnos nuestros propios cubiertos porque estaban viejos y sucios. La ducha es demasiado pequeña, no te puedes dar ni una vuelta. La puerta del baño se paraba atorando.

The front desk worker and the woman who received me were very nice. The beds are pretty comfortable and there’s hot water.

The cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom left much to be desired. There were dead bugs appearing daily and the drying rack for the dishes was filthy as well as rust underneath it. The owner had a terrible attitude from the start. And knowing two people would be staying in a TWO bedroom apartment (not three bedroom as advertised), there was only one fan. Only when I said I’d look for another place to stay did she agree to bring another fan. (It’s summertime in Lima with temps around 85F/29C. Also the curtains are half broken and all the light comes in during the day, a no no for light sleepers like myself and my friend.

The apartment was spacious and was beautifully decorated in a private secured building. The person that helped us out at the property was very kind. The beds were comfortable and we had lots of blankets which were needed due to the cold.

My sister unfortunately got shocked by an electrical current when she was turning the shower handle off. She was fine but she did experience pain, when we reported this we were told this happened sometimes and to avoid this we should be wearing shower shoes/flip flops. We did this for the rest of the stay and were fine but it is something that people need to know before booking. The water in the shower also didn't get very warm either.
