"Value for money ok, facilities need improvement"

Location was good. Beds were comfortable. Large living room

One of the showers didn’t work at all. Other shower didn’t have hot water. There was no water in the bathroom sink so we had to brush teeth in the kitchen. Even though we said to the host what time we arrive, no one was there to greet us, he didnt answer the phone so we had to wait for about 20min outside with our bags

The location is good since is close to train station and bus station.

Fist of all everyone need to know after 8 PM the water shut off and you can't take shower. As family group we need to cook breakfast or dinner sometimes but the kitchen has old stuff. In 5 days we have just one towel per person , last night was heavy rain and watter goes inside through the terrace. The service can be improved

Great and comfortable apartment, with lots of space and everything we needed. Organised a great tour to Machu Picchu, and was flexible with our check in time!
