Best Moments studio balcony- Imperium Resident

Exclusive unblocked balcony view of a vast sea. Perfect for watching the sunrise Despite being a studio, Calvin, made sure there were adequate space and mattresses/sofa bed to fit a small group of 4. All the necessities were provided thoughtfully. Allocated parking lots are smack right in front on the unit! Calvin is generally very responsive and gives clear instructions to get to his studio. We really had a comfortable stay in the unit, enjoying the view and thoughtfulness behind the space. Location is right at the base of Kuantan river, away from the hustle and bustle of town but near enough to amenities if one drives. We took a lovely walk along the beach during the low tide towards the end with the jetty to have very a very hearty meal at Celup Tepung Hujung Tanjung.

Parking layout in the building can be confusing but that's the development's design. Toilet is spacious but like many others who commented, and addition of a shower curtain can help keep the floor dry plus act as a partition for those who need to use bathroom /toilet separately. Otherwise, it is truly a homely space.

Pintu bilik air perlu di baiki kerana telah rosak dan menyukarkan untuk menggunakan pintu tersebut. Selain itu perlu memastikan keperluan bilik seperti remote kipas dan aircond yang sudah tidak boleh berfungsi kerana bateri sudah lemah.

Beautiful stay! The sea view was stunning, unit was clean and modern, and location super convenient. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. the host, Calvin also friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Definitely will visit again ✨🩷🙌🏻
